Located just outside of Montgomery, AL, Chuck’s House Retreat and Event Center is the perfect choice for your next retreat or special event.

Purchased by Chuck Conner II, in 1983 as the family farm and headquarters of CMU, we've been welcoming folks over the years to come and unplug, relax and allow the The Lord to encourage them ever since. The farm is located in the beautiful Alabama countryside with soaring pine trees, rolling hills and hay meadows.

We know you will find the farm to be a place of extraordinary beauty. We also hope that you’ll find that the things you do on your visit are really quite ordinary: conversing, singing, walking, praying, eating, and resting. These are a few things that we believe contribute to a truly good life — a life of steady stewardship and love, lived among friends, and before God.

Over the years the farm has been a place where dreams and calling have come together, where restoration has taken place, and where relationships have been strengthened for many years.

It would be our privilege to host your group for a weekend of fellowship, planning, restoration, and dreaming. We want you to know that: “We have an agenda, but we don’t have an agenda for you.” This is your retreat. And though we craft retreats to serve you well at every turn, we trust you to engage with the program that will encourage and bless you and your team.
